1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using a Yara Labs product, including FightIQ or Achoo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Products covered

FightIQ is a sports performance product for combat-sports users. Achoo is a hay fever companion for pollen forecasts, symptom tracking, and related guidance. Product-specific subscription terms may apply where a product offers paid features.

3. Product disclaimers

FightIQ

FightIQ is not a medical device, health app, concussion tool, diagnosis service, treatment service, sparring replacement, or substitute for professional coaching, supervision, medical advice, or safe training judgement. Combat sports involve risk. You are responsible for training safely and stopping if you feel unwell, injured, unsafe, or unable to continue.

Achoo

Achoo is an informational hay fever companion. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat allergies, and should not replace professional medical advice. Pollen data and guidance may vary with local conditions and data availability.

4. Accounts and security

You may need an account to preserve data, sync history, access subscriptions, or use product features. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Yara Labs products.
• Do not attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, entitlements, subscriptions, forecasts, or product rules.
• Do not use our products to harass, impersonate, threaten, or harm others.
• Do not use our products in violation of applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid product features may be offered through App Store subscriptions. Purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple and may be subject to Apple terms. Product-specific subscription terms explain the current paid feature set for each product.

7. Intellectual property

Yara Labs products, names, branding, designs, software, content, scoring systems, and related materials are owned by Yara Labs Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the products according to these terms.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue products or features where needed to operate the product, protect users, comply with law, or improve the service. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk for Yara Labs, our products, or other users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yara Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from product use. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and contact
