How do I get help with a Yara Labs product?
Email support@yaralabs.co.uk with the product name, your device type, the app version if available, and a clear description of the issue.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose the relevant Yara Labs product, then manage or cancel the subscription there.
How do I request data deletion or privacy help?
Send your request to support@yaralabs.co.uk. Include the product name and the email or Apple sign-in identity associated with your account where available.
Is FightIQ a medical or concussion tool?
No. FightIQ is a sports performance product. It is not a medical device, health app, concussion tool, diagnosis service, treatment service, or replacement for professional coaching or medical advice.
What does FightIQ Pro include?
FightIQ Pro unlocks unlimited drills, unlimited Fatigue Mode, full training history, Cognitive Endurance trends, deeper performance analytics, and a monthly streak freeze.
Is Achoo medical advice?
No. Achoo is a hay fever companion that provides pollen information, symptom tracking, and practical guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
